The PIC number is required for any movement of livestock cattle, horses, ponies, donkeys, mules, zebras etc. onto the grounds.
A movement record is a compulsory document that must be created when animals are moved between properties in Queensland. It identifies the owner of the animals being moved, describes the animals being moved and provides details of the movement.
If you are bringing a horse on site, you must complete a Horse Health Declaration that can be found in our resources tab above or printed copy is avaible from our office.
Please complete and return via electronic PDF email or drop into our venue office whilst on site.
This is a legal requirement of Biosecurity Act 2014 and failure of the relevant person to submit a movement record on the appropriate form can incur a maximum penalty of 200 penalty units. Section 194 (2) (b)
