RV Rest Stop Camping is available for $28.00 per site per night -powered or unpowered.

Stay are limited to 72 hours unless connected with an event.

Our venue has large drive-through sites with easy access to power, water and amenities and we are fit to cater for the biggest of big rigs on the road! We have dump points and grey water disposal sites.

Refunds for any RV Rest Stop Camping bookings will only be issued if advance notice is given in writing to msep@frasercoast.qld.gov.au, prior to the commencement of the booking.

The Camping system used at MSEP is powered by Nominate.com.au
Your credit card statement will have a charge from NOMINATE PTY LTD MILBONG.

All Stable Bookings for upcoming weekend events must be completed before Friday 12 noon, otherwise a late booking fee of $200 will be charged.

Refunds for any stable, camping or venue bookings will only be issued if advance notice is given in writing to msep@frasercoast.qld.gov.au, prior to the commencement of the booking.

Fees (including GST) as per Fraser Coast Regional Council's Schedule of Fees and Charges (2024/25):

Stables & Yards $16.00 per stable/yard per day or part thereof ($48.00 refundable stable/yard bond if left clean; or stable cleaning fee paid upfront is $48.00 per stable) 

Tack Rooms $16.00 per day or part thereof ($48.00 refundable bond if left clean)

Equestrian Facility Fee: $10.50 per horse per day or part thereof for casual riding .

This applies to each day or part thereof your horse is at the venue for a competition or other organised equestrian event (including days prior to/following the event) or for casual use of any equestrian facilities to ride, exercise or train horses anywhere on the grounds at any time, farrier or vet visits, washing or grooming. 

Please note:- A casual rider is a person who rides on the grounds solely for recreational purposes.  It does not allow riders to participate in professional training, lessons paid events or shows.  To participate in these activities, riders will be charged accordingly.

MSEP ANNUAL PASS for CASUAL EQUESTRIAN USE

The MSEP Annual Pass is a season pass for casual equestrian use at the venue and costs $120.00 as per the current Fees and Charges and for additional immediate family members the fee is $60.00 each.

The Pass allows you to use any of the available arenas on a casual basis and you can ride or handle as many horses as often as you want throughout the year.  The Pass also covers washing/grooming and vet or farrier visits.

You will need to check the availability of various areas as there may be events booked or closures for operational purposes.

The Pass does not include the fees payable when participating in events, clinics, training or for stabling.  The annual fee is $120.00, if you intend to ride, on average 2 or more times a month or with 2 or more horses each month, then you will be saving money on facility fees.

The venue staff hopes that you and your riding friends will be able to make use of this initiative to spend more time with your horses and spend less money.
