Casual camping $27.00 per site per night (powered or unpowered).
Limited to 72 hours (not relating to an event).

The venue has large drive-through sites with easy access to power, water and amenities. There are dump points and grey water disposal sites.
Refunds for any camping bookings will only be issued if advance notice is given in writing to msep@frasercoast.qld.gov.au, prior to the commencement of the booking.

All Stable Bookings for upcoming weekend events must be completed before Friday 12 noon, otherwise a late booking fee of $160 will be charged.
Refunds for any stable, camping or venue bookings will only be issued if advance notice is given in writing to msep@frasercoast.qld.gov.au, prior to the commencement of the booking.
Fees (including GST) as per Fraser Coast Regional Council's Schedule of Fees and Charges (2023/24):
Stables & Yards $15.00 per stable/yard per day or part thereof ($45.00 refundable stable/yard bond if left clean; or stable cleaning fee paid upfront is $45.00 per stable)
Tack Rooms $15.00 per day or part thereof ($45.00 refundable bond if left clean)
Use of Equestrian Facilities: $10 per horse per day or part thereof. This applies to each day or part thereof your horse is at the venue for a competition or other organised equestrian event (including days prior to/following the event) or for casual use of any equestrian facilities to ride, exercise or train horses anywhere on the grounds at any time, farrier or vet visits, washing or grooming.

MSEP ANNUAL PASS for CASUAL EQUESTRIAN USE
The MSEP Annual Pass is a season pass for casual equestrian use at the venue and costs $112.00 as per the current Fees and Charges and for additional immediate family members the fee is $55.00 each.
The Pass allows you to use any of the available arenas on a casual basis and you can ride or handle as many horses as often as you want throughout the year. The Pass also covers washing/grooming and vet or farrier visits.
You will need to check the availability of various areas as there may be events booked or closures for operational purposes.
The Pass does not include the fees payable when participating in events, clinics, training or for stabling. The annual fee is $112.00, if you intend to ride, on average 2 or more times a month or with 2 or more horses each month, then you will be saving money on facility fees.
The venue staff hopes that you and your riding friends will be able to make use of this initiative to spend more time with your horses and spend less money.

PASS CONDITIONS
The Pass holder is allowed unlimited casual use of available equestrian arenas for handling, riding or driving horses, ponies, donkeys and mules.
When using the arenas, Pass holders must identify themselves to MSEP staff on request.
Passes and associated benefits are non-transferrable - you cannot share a pass.
Passes are for individuals only - Clubs/organisations are not eligible.
EXCLUSIONS - The Pass does not include:
The use of arenas during exclusive hire periods booked for competitions, training and other events (e.g. shows, schools, seminars and clinics) when the Pass holder is a participant at these events.
The use of stables or yards – these must be booked separately if required.
The use of arenas that are booked for events/activities or closed for operational reasons.
The use of arenas where access to the venue (or parts of the venue) is restricted due to event bookings or for operational reasons.
PAYMENT OF PASS FEES
The Pass fee of $112 must be paid irrespective of whether the Pass holder then chooses to use the arenas or cancels the Pass within twelve months.
If a Pass is cancelled and the individual purchases another Pass at a later date, this is considered to be a new transaction and the full fee is payable.
Pass payments are non-refundable.
A Pass can be purchased online at any time throughout the year and the Pass holder’s details will then added to the MSEP Equestrian Pass database.

TERMINATION OF PASS
Fraser Coast Regional Council may terminate a Pass if a Pass holder fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or misuses the Pass holder benefits.
CHANGES TO FEES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each Pass is governed by the Terms and Conditions current when the Pass is in use. Fraser Coast Regional Council may add to, delete or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions or Pass holder benefits where necessary at any time without notice. The Pass Fee will be revised from time to time by Council and Pass holders will be notified of any changes
