Wide Bay Burnett Potters Association Inc Annual Convention 2025

The WBBP Assoc. Inc. was formed back in the 70's by a dedicated group of Potters with an objective to Promote, Support and Encourage the Art/Craft of Pottery within the the Wide Bay Regions. 

Since inception a Convention has been held Yearly where different Tutors are invited and Members learn new Skills and Techniques, always lots to learn along with Great Food, Company and Fun.

Workshops and Pot ins are also held regularly throughout the year where Members and Non Members can come along and produce works under the guidance of a Tutor.

Pot ins are a little more informal where a group gets together for social fellowship and sharing information about a pottery theme.

Two recent Exhibitions have been held.

At the latest Members were invited to display their work in the Gayndah Art Gallery Country Life in Clay Exhibition and formerly at Gatakers Artspace in Maryborough to celebrate 50 Years of Clay.

We Welcome New Members and Clubs in the Wide Bay Burnett Region to join our Pottery group so get in touch.

Yearly Membership of WBBPA Inc is very reasonable and provides for Discounts on Workshops and Conventions.

A Free Monthly Newsletter is produced for Members to enjoy snippets of Local Potters news and information.
